View of vocational education talents in sight of comparison between China and GermanyChinese Full Text

Abstract: This paper studies the basic connotation,main features and causes of German view of vocational education talents using comparative method.Combing specific conditions in China,it puts forward suggestions such as establishing correct talent concept,building the atmosphere in which technical skills are upheld,building modern vocational education system,improving and guaranteeing the benefits of skilled workers,promoting organic integration of cultivation of skills and humanistic quality,so as to explore the vocational education development path that fits China’s national situation.
