Abstract: In order to solve the problems caused by traditional ordering-form talents cultivation model,this paper takes modern apprenticeship system,the pilot project which was jointly carried out by Nanjing Institute of Railway Technology and Nanjing Metro Group as an example.Through reform on the modern apprenticeship talents training modes in the field of urban mass transit,we constructed the modern apprenticeship system of urban rail transit.The results showed that modern apprenticeship system motivated the enthusiasm of enterprises to participate in personnel training,and in turn,it put pressure on vocational colleges to make reform on talent training system stimulated students’ learning motive and improved talents quality.
