Abstract: In order to implement energy conservation and emission reduction policy,this paper,taking the thought of constructing green campus as starting point,carries out studies on respects of retaining structure of campus building,electricity and water saving,and development and utilization of clean energy,and puts forward main paths and measures of energy saving and utilization in campus including energy saving of retaining structure,electricity and water saving,utilization of water resource,and development of clean energy to afford references to modern campus construction.
