Dynamic modeling and analysis of L-type piston compressor based on Simulink/SimMechanisChinese Full Text

Abstract: The dynamic modeling of two-stage and L-type piston compressor are set up with Simulink/SimMechanis.The physics parameters of components are detected by 3Dsoftware,such as quality,moment of inertia and center of gravity location and so on.And rigid body of the modeling.was set up According to the compression,exhaust,expansion and inspiratory cycle of compressor,the gas forces are exerted on the piston parts.Under the condition of considering the inertial force and friction force,the dynamics simulation for the modeling is obtained.The simulation results show that the force and torque of components are related to the compressor working cycle and they peak near the upper and lower pivot(exhaust process)of different levels of compression piston.
