Abstract: According to current situation of experimental training cost management and control such as simplex form,unsound system,weak management and safety consciousness,and big difficulties in budget management and control,this paper puts forward measures to control experimental training cost such as enhancing cost management consciousness,establishing cost control system,building modular and projectized information management platform,enriching experimental technician team and bringing in performance appraisal system.
