Abstract: Taking PP as matrix resin,we make the composite with various quantities of wood powder and stearic acid.First we use torque rheometer to analyze its rheology behavior,then the composite is extruded and prilled,at last it is injected into standard samples and change of its mechanical property is analyzed.Results show that wood powder and stearic acid can dramatically influence the liquidity of the composite,impact strength of the composite declines with the increase of wood powder content and declines then rises with increase of stearic acid content,tensile strength of the composite rises then declines with increase of wood powder content and rises then declines with increase of stearic acid content.
