Abstract: Through analysis on main problems existing in talent training mode,teaching staff,teaching work and management system of higher vocational colleges,this paper points out realistic problems that higher vocational colleges face in teaching reform,course construction and teaching evaluation at post-model period,and discusses several jobs such as major construction,teaching staff construction and system construction.
