Abstract: Work-integrated learning mode is main personnel training mode of higher vocational education.In order to give full play to advantages of work-integrated learning mode and improve the effectiveness of practical teaching of ideological and political course,this paper studies the fundamental objective,approach and guarantee of practical teaching reform of ideological and political course in higher vocational colleges.Results show that improving students’ ideological and ethical standards as well as employment competitiveness is fundamental objective,adopting diverse teaching methods is fundamental approach,and giving full play to teaching resources of colleges and enterprises is fundamental guarantee of practical teaching reform of ideological and political course.
