Abstract: Taking Huanglonggou hydropower station project in Shaanxi Province as an example, this paper discusses calculation method for annual inflow to the dam-type hydropower station and its distribution for each month within the year on the basis of referential evidence method with emphasis on designed frequency,selection of referential station as well as the validity,effectiveness and reliability of the correction coefficient.Based on the theory of environmental security and eco-health of the drainage basin,this paper discusses water demand needed to be guaranteed for production and life,ecology,as well as landscape.Reasonable water withdrawal is settled by calculating accessible water resource and key technology as well as relevant measures in demonstration of water resource quantity of dam-type power plant in mountain area is put forward.
