Abstract: In order to solve the difficulties in college enrollment and enterprise recruitment of mine construction specialty and relieve the shortage situation of professional talents,we establish China Coal Construction Institute through joint effort of Jiangsu Jianzhu Institute and China Coal Construction Group to exploit education resource advantages of school and enterprise.Based on that,we carries out a lot of beneficial exploration in joint enrollment,joint development of talent training plan,joint organization and implementation of theoretical and practical teaching,joint cultivation of professional quality,as well as joint guidance of employment to provide preferences for cultivation of badly-needed coal talents.
