Abstract: Based on recapitulative simulation,this paper determines the self-management items of higher vocational college students on the basis of structured interview and Delphi.Through investigation on students of Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology,this paper carries out clustering analysis as well as exploratory factor analysis and makes confirmatory factor analysis through structural equation model. Based on that,it establishes content structure of self-management including 4dimensionalities and 17items.Then it analyzes current situation of self-management of students in Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology and puts forward relative countermeasures of improving college students’ self-management ability from aspects of school,family and individuality.
