Abstract: Ideological and political education carrier which is agreed by consensus is a kind of existence or activity form of matter which carries and transfers information during ideological and political education, and which is operated by ideological and political education subject and connected to the object.The value of ideological and political education carrier lies in allowing people to realize the goal of ideological and political education,and transferring ideological and moral standard required and expected by society to the ideology and conscious behavioral habit of the educate.Innovation of ideological and political education carrier from the aspect of interpersonal harmony is mainly reflected in the effective use of activity carriers,network carriers and cultural carriers
