Abstract: Based on the current situation that most students giving up overseas studying opportunity in sino-foreign cooperative education,this paper analyzes the causes and puts forward relevant countermeasures such as improving student quality,teaching level and quality of English teaching,enhancing cooperation between school and enterprise,and establishing perfect supervision and inspection mechanism.
