Study and investigation of embedded talent training mode of engineering specialty in universityChinese Full Text

Abstract: Embedded talent training mode is one of the most effective modes that the universities meet with the need of higher education and cultivate the innovative spirit and practice ability.This paper introduces the intension concept,research meaning and study status about the embedded talent training mode.According to the talent training scheme and condition of experiment and teachers in high-speed railway specialty of Jiangsu Normal University,we have given the research contents and research thoughts suitable for the embedded talent training of this specialty including constructing the embedded theoretical and practical course system,building the double-teacher type teachers,establishing cooperative type practical teaching base,and putting up the talent training mechanism of cooperation between school and enterprise.
