Abstract: In order to guarantee the effectiveness and profitability of government investment in science and technology,based on analyzing both domestic and foreign governments’ investment mechanism of science and technology,this paper conducts analysis combing current situation of Xuzhou government investment in science and technology with related theories.According to problems existing in mechanism of Xuzhou government investment in science and technology,this paper puts forward related suggestions including establishing steady increase and guidance mechanism of government investment in science and technology,exploring indirect investment mechanism of science and technology cost,and perfecting supervision and performance evaluation mechanism of investment in science and technology.
