On ageing-resistant performance of engineering tire tread rubberChinese Full Text

Abstract: In order to study the influence of antiager and vulcanizer on ageing-resistant performance of engineering tire tread rubber,this paper conducts experiments on changing the type and quantity of antiager and vulcanizer.Antiagers adopted includes antiager RD and antiager FR,and vulcanizer adopted is sulphur.According to the change of mechanical property after ageing,type of antiager and quantity of vulcanizer are determined.Results show that angeing-resistant performance of engineering tire tread rubber which uses antiager FR instead of antiager RD and 4020 improves slightly.While using semi-efficient vulcanization system instead of normal vulcanization system and the quantity of sulphur is 1.6times of normal,the tread rubber has best mechanical property,ageing-resistant performance and abrasion performance.
