Abstract: Participation of industry higher vocational colleges in collaborative innovation is an important part of national innovation strategy.Characteristic of higher vocational colleges leads to their different mode of collaborative innovation from other institutions.From talent engagement to selection of schoolenterprise cooperation mode,from establishment of enterprise schools to optimization of training mode for professionals,from cooperation agreements with government to technology contracts with famous colleges and research institutions,from cooperation with intermediaries and financing institutions to commercialization of research findings and social services of innovative technologies,this paper conducts discussions on mechanism mode of collaborative innovation of industry higher vocational colleges.
