Abstract: Inorder to promote the development of fabricated steel structure residence and meet the needs of building industrialization,comparative study on the unit kitchen and bathroom system is carried out.The present development of unit kitchen and bathroom in Japan,Europe and China has been analyzed.Through the comparison of the development of unit kitchen and bathroom in our country and abroad,combing the characteristics of our country,some suggestions have been given.The results show that the development of unit kitchen and bathroom is still in the primary stage.And it needs the guidance of policies and the joint efforts of the enterprise sector.We should pay attention to the study of modular,refined and intensive in the design of unit kitchen and bathroom.
