Abstract: Through the analysis of emergency plan execution process,the emergency plan execution process of the on-line monitoring and early warning response for tailings reservoir is analyzed and designed.Based on the contents of the emergency plan at all levels,and analysis of knowledge and technical framework for emergency decision support based on plan,the assistant decision model based on the plan is established.Through the event structure design,the plan digitization,the event analysis recognition,the similarity matching,the assistant decision based on emergency plan is realized.
