Abstract: In order to study the interaction mechanism between the suction caissons and soil,the model test on suction foundation is needed.According to the disadvantages that only horizontal or vertical loads can be imposed by existing suction caissons model test equipment,model test equipment is developed,which can be applied to pull out the suction caissons at any angle directly and collect data in real time.The result shows that the test device has the advantages of simple structure,convenient operation,which can achieve fast and accurate loading and adapt to model boxes of different sizes.
